Happy Halloween

I decided to try and make Hudson's Halloween costume this year, and boy did I get in over my head.  It was fun, though.  My mom helped me out a lot.  The only thing I have ever sewn was a pillow in the 7th grade.
Sadly, this is the best picture I have of Hudson with his costume on.  The little stinker did not want to keep the head piece on, that's why it's a little wonky.   I didn't have socks or shoes on him because it was really warm.
We flew to Houston on Halloween.  Thankfully Hudson did really good on the flight, however, he vomited all over me less than 10 minutes into the flight.  This is pre-vomit.  I gave him a bottle during take off to hopefully help his ears, but apparently it didn't set very well.
Thankfully we brought a change of clothes.  Of course, I didn't have any clothes to change into.
2nd set of clothes.  Hudson actually slept about 15 minutes on the flight.
At Chris and Brittney's house - Hudson getting kisses from Indy.

We drove to Brittney's sister's neighborhood and they and had a big block party and it was so...much fun!!!!  Also, we have never experienced 75 degree trick or treating weather, which was really nice.

Here's a picture of the fitting.  I'm so glad he was excited to wear the costume I spent an eternity making
I forgot to take pictures along the way, but here I am gluing ribbon/the mane on
I loved this fabric
That's better
