Tonight we had a meeting for Jesus Prom and witnessed a beautiful moment. At the end of the night, a sweet young man with Down Syndrome got up and sang "I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me. Of course I was crying and Brian was not. While I was sitting there listening to him, I was thinking of his pure unashamed love for Jesus and picturing Jesus smiling and adoring him. I loved his uninhibited spirit. It made me want to be more like him. It was just a sweet moment! --Jesus Prom is Friday night and I can't wait!!!
I LOVE moments like that!!! Hope it is a great night! We'll be at the high school retreat.
